Hi my name is Ryan Leoni and I have been in the beauty industry from the time I was about 15. I started out assisting in my family's hair salon and now 22 years later I am proud to announce that I have opened my very own! I have learned a lot over the years especially that continuing my education is a must. The minute I stop learning is the minute I stop progressing and in turn, do a disservice to my clients. My team and I have trained with many of the beauty industries top companies such as Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Joico, and others.

hairstylist /owner of B. Hair Studio! Ryan grew up in the business, beginning as an assistant and then, for several years worked as a stylist. With advanced training from top companies such as Redken, Joico, and Vidal Sassoon, Ryan went on to open B. Hair Studio. Ryan loves doing balayage, highlighting, color, and cuts. His mission at B. Hair Studio is to create a hair salon that provides the highest quality of work within a friendly judgement free atmosphere.

Meet Chrissy!
She's originally from Queens New York and has trained with Moroccan oil studios to specialize in hair color but is well rounded to give you a cut and style to complement that color as well. This stylist is passionate about making your hair look great and feel healthy. Nor is she shy about teaching new tips and tricks to try at home so you can feel beautiful 24/7.

Originally hailing from Connecticut, this experienced stylist started out assisting in a top salon in Ridgefield. Then continued to take classes to hone her craft that made her in to the expert stylist she is today. With a background in psychology, she really enjoys listening and making her clients feel comfortable. She loves working with natural curls, highlighting, fun colors, styling, and men's cuts.

She has always had a passion for the arts. Whether it be drawing portraits, make-up or hair. This talented stylist has trained with Redken and always stays on top of the latest styles and trends. She will make you look and feel beautiful when you leave as well as teach you the tips and tricks for you to re-create the look at home. Kayla loves doing hair coloring, haircuts and styling!

Meet Isabella! She's originally a jersey girl who's not afraid to let you know it! Bella began her training at The Aveda Institute in NYC and continued to hone her craft at a high-end salon in the east village learning vidal sassoon based techniques. Many years later, she is doing what she loves best, working with curly hair, funky colors and hair styles - at B Hair Studio in Beacon!
