Hi, I’m Ryan – proud owner of B. Hair Studio in beautiful Beacon, NY.
My journey in the beauty industry began at age 15, assisting in my family’s hair salon. Over the years, that early experience grew into a deep passion, and eventually, a dream realized—my own salon.
At B. Hair Studio, we believe that education never stops. The moment we stop learning is the moment we stop growing—and that would be a disservice to our clients. That’s why my team and I continuously train with some of the best in the industry, including Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Joico, and more. We’re committed to staying inspired, staying sharp, and delivering the very best to everyone who sits in our chairs.

Meet Ryan!
Hairstylist / Owner of B. Hair Studio! Ryan grew up in the business, beginning as an assistant and then, for several years worked as a stylist. With advanced training from top companies such as Redken, Joico, and Vidal Sassoon, Ryan went on to open B. Hair Studio. Ryan loves doing balayage, highlighting, color, and cuts. His mission at B. Hair Studio is to create a hair salon that provides the highest quality of work within a friendly judgement free atmosphere.

This seasoned stylist of 13 years specializes in creative color, highlights, and balayage, however can complete the look with a gorgeous cut and style to match. Whether it’s crafting a natural sun-kissed look or a bold, artistic color, she focuses on achieving results that not only enhance beauty but also boost confidence. Dedicated to staying current with the latest trends and techniques, she will deliver a truly transformative and personalized experience!

With over 6 years of experience behind the chair, Alicia specializes in lived-in color, bold transformations, formal styling, and precision cutting. She has continued her education with classes focused on razor cutting, advanced coloring , and modern styling techniques. Alicia’s goal is always to have every guest leave feeling confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves.

With over 14 years of experience, She is known for creating timeless, sophisticated styles. Faith specializes in blondes, custom color, and precision cuts, while her expertise with all hair textures ensures every look is tailored to enhance natural beauty and confidence
Kayla
Meet Kayla!
She has always had a passion for the arts. Whether it be drawing portraits, make-up or hair. This talented stylist has trained with Redken and always stays on top of the latest styles and trends. She will make you look and feel beautiful when you leave as well as teach you the tips and tricks for you to re-create the look at home. Kayla loves doing hair coloring, haircuts and styling!

She's originally a jersey girl who's not afraid to let you know it! Bella began her training at The Aveda Institute in NYC and continued to hone her craft at a high-end salon in the east village learning Vidal Sassoon based techniques.
Dominique
Meet Dominique!
Born and Raised in Westchester County and excited to bring her craft and talents to the Hudson valley area! Dominique has over 6 years of coloring and styling experience. She now specializes in lived in color, haircutting and styling. She has trained with and learned so many unique techniques from various brands through out Connecticut , NYC and Denver Colorado. She enjoys building strong connections and empowering her clients to feel their best!
